The short version: the tools run on your device, we do not have accounts, and we never see what you paste into a tool.

What the tools do with your data

Every tool on this site is JavaScript that runs in your browser. Text, links, files and numbers you enter stay on your device. They are not transmitted to us, not written to a database and not recorded in any log, because there is no server-side step in which that could happen.

Some tools remember your last settings using your browser's local storage — for example the colour theme. That data never leaves your browser and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

What we collect

Standard web server request data: the page requested, timestamp, referring page, and technical details your browser sends such as user agent and approximate location derived from IP address. This is used to understand which pages are used and to keep the site working.

Advertising

This site is funded by advertising. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure and personalise ads. Where the law requires consent — including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — you will be asked before any non-essential cookie is set, and you can decline or change that choice at any time.

We also use affiliate links. If you buy something after following one, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. It does not affect what we recommend.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing. Since we do not operate accounts, in most cases we hold nothing that identifies you. If you believe otherwise, write toinfo@toolsy.pro and we will respond.

Children

This site is aimed at professional use and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
