Toolsy

Terms of use

Last updated 19 August 2026

Toolsy is free to use, for work or otherwise. These terms exist to set expectations about accuracy, availability and liability.

Using the tools

You may use every tool on this site for personal and commercial work, including client work, without attribution and without a licence fee. What you may not do is copy the site itself in order to republish it, or automate requests at a volume that degrades the service for others.

Accuracy

The tools are built carefully and tested, but they are provided as they are. Character limits, platform requirements and search engine behaviour change without notice, and a calculation here is a guide rather than professional advice. Check anything consequential — a legal document, a tax figure, a live campaign — before you rely on it.

Availability

There is no uptime guarantee. Tools may be changed or removed. Because everything runs in your browser, a page you have already loaded keeps working even if the site is unreachable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site, including lost revenue, lost data or decisions made on the basis of a tool's output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Third-party links and ads

Pages may link to other sites and display advertising. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Some links are affiliate links, as described in theprivacy policy.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above shows when they last did.
